For the past few years, we have run the Lawfare material support program through Patreon. As of today, we have expanded that program to include Substack. I see that Patreon subscribers do not have access to the Lawfare on Substack “For paid subscribers only,” content if we are not paid subscribers on Substack as well. Is that intentional?
I just donated via Ben Wittes Bluesky post and chose the $50 material supporter box, but it doesn’t seem to have given me any further access.
