I see that Patreon subscribers do not have access to the Lawfare on Substack “For paid subscribers only,” content if we are not paid subscribers on Substack as well. Is that intentional?
Hi Arlene! Paid subscribers on Patreon and on Substack receive the same content, so you do not need to subscribe to both. If you are a material supporter on Patreon you will receive the same benefits as a material supporter on Substack! Let me know if you have any other questions.

I just donated via Ben Wittes Bluesky post and chose the $50 material supporter box, but it doesn’t seem to have given me any further access.
Can video podcasts also be released simultaneously as audio podcasts?
